Important Installation Guidelines
To ensure a smooth and safe playset installation, please review the following:

A decision-maker must be present during the entire installation to confirm the playset’s exact placement and orientation.

Check your Woodplay catalog for exact dimensions. Be sure to allow for a 3’–5’ safety zone around the set. (For example, a 16′ x 20′ set needs a space roughly 24′ x 28′.)

Installation area must be level or nearly level. Our team can dig in up to 3–4″ at contact points. If needed, leveling blocks are available at $12.99 each.

Weather matters! Contact your sales rep if there’s snow, heavy rain, or newly laid sod. Also, avoid running irrigation for 48 hours prior to install day.

We reserve the right to reschedule installations due to poor weather or yard conditions.

For safety, please clear the area of all debris, pet waste, and yard clutter. If the site isn’t ready, a trip fee will be added to your balance.

We are not responsible for any damage to buried utility lines, irrigation systems, or sprinkler heads.

Our team cannot remove trees or shrubs to make space for the set.

Please provide access to a standard electrical outlet so we can recharge our tools as needed.
